At Bellmont Supply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at gknavas6@gmail.com first.
- If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not accept returns sent to the original manufacturing address on the package; you must mail it to our verified return address below.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), Bellmont Supply will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item due to personal preferences (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed your mind, don't like the color), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
