Thank you for shopping at Bellmont Supply. We are dedicated to delivering your orders securely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that orders placed after our daily cut-off time may be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping to our customers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable).
- Standard Shipping Time: 7 to 15 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: Processing Time (0-1 day) + Shipping Time (7-15 days) = 7 to 16 business days.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, holiday peak seasons, or extreme weather conditions. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active and trackable within 24-48 hours on official carrier websites.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bellmont Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team immediately at gknavas6@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
